Aramex courier Mickey mouse

I ordered something online and pick up was done the 4th November Monday it's Thursday and still nothing or no update from aramex.I called on Tuesday they promised that it will be Wednesday again today (Thursday)i was told it's out for delivery.Weird thing is i have a similar order picked up the same day from the place this courier delivered on Wednesday.This is a Mickey mouse courier and shouldn't be used when you running a business as you will have problems with clients.Stay away
