Aramex Courier Company is the worst company to deal with

Aramex is the worst courier company that i have seen. They customer service is horrific. I went to drop a parcel of at pick n pay chatsworth just around 13.05pm. I was told that the driver had already left. According to Aramex the pick up time is "15h00 unless specified elsewhere". I was furious because I called the call center and I insisted on getting the Managers cell number only to be told that they cant give it to me. I asked to speak to the Manager or customer care Manager and both was not available .I left my details with the receptionist clearly mentioning the urgency of the matter and up until now 21.54pm they had not called to find out what happen. I had to put undue pressure on the call center agent and she managed to get the driver to go and fetch my parcel, this is last time that i will deal with Aramex. I better invest a few rand"s more with a reputable courier company and send my stuff with them. Never again will I use Aramex service and I actually will rate them MINUS 10 if I could ARAMEX SUCKS . BAD SERVICE
