Aramex Courier Company

I Posted a parcel on the 28th of December 2023 until today the parcel haven't arrived! I called Aramex to investigate ,today 9th January 2024 they called and say the parcel was declared missing they dont know what happened to the parcel, apparently it got missing at Johannesburg depot..and there's nothing they can do. I was sending a friend of mine a birthday gift of burberry and carol boyes items. I sent all the information they want including tracking number and proof of invoice and the tracking number is not working its invalid. @Aramex courier is Horrible!!!!!
