ARAMEX Courier

I am trying to get my package delivered from overseas waiting for an invoice to be paid. I paid priority shipping and 16 days later I am still waiting on any communication. I have called 3 times with a waiting period between 15 to 20 minutes verified my email addresses and still waiting on the Invoice. The shipper asking me what is going on Aramex saying I don't want to pay the Invoice while in the meantime I have not received anything. This is the worst service I ever received from a courier and Think that the SA post office can do better than this just gatvol.
