Aramex Clearance Errors And Bad Customer Support

First time shipping with Aramex. They quoted me using a wrong Duty Tarrif Code. Called customer support and all they do is tell me to wait and then they redial you to the main menu. Non of them seem to have any interest on the job they are doing. Have been sending emails, filling the online enquiry and calling non stop with no success. They are so frustrating! Wouldn't recommend them at all!
