Aramex charging almost 80% fees on cost of a parcel

Aramex had sent me a shocking bill of R893.88 for a parcel that costed R1150. Clearance- R260 Duties- R338.64 Disbur*****t- R15.64 Customs vat- R240.60 Vat- R39

This is a complete ******* because as per their website they do not stipulate anything about clearance fees.

I should be paying 20% on the value of my item and 15% vat. Yet the vat I am being charged is well over 15%, surely if customs have invoiced them they should rectify this?

It's unfair as a client to be charged unnecessarily on costs that were not mentioned.
