Aramex can't get a simple delivery right

Waiting for my parcel to be delivered since 25th August. Followed up today (28th) and the tell me it's been delivered and that someone by the name of "Giuliani" or something like that signed for it. How the hell can you deliver a parcel to anyone other than the person to whom package is addressed to???
