Aramex cannot follow a gps

One star is far too much to even score the service from Aramex. I had paid an exorbitant amount (R770) for an overnight express delivery. My package was routed to a completely different area, a few hours away. I called, emailed and contacted via the website numerous times, only to get absolutely no help. The matter wasn't even escalated. After calls the entire day, I was then told by Tessa from the Nelspruit office, that it's an hour from closing, so they cannot disturb any managers as they have left. Items in that package formed part of a work commitment from me that had to be at the depot this evening, so that the entire delivery can be en route in the morning. This has now cos me honoring my commitment and resulting in a loss of income. I have still not heard from them. The service is disgusting and non existent. I will never use them again.
