Aramex cannot deliver

Aramex does not know how to transfer the correct delivery details to the allocated courier.. despite providing it to them 100 times. My parcel cannot be delivered and they reason is I'm unavailable. I've always been here waiting for the parcel. Gave them my contact information a gazillion times. Very ***********
