Aramex *******

I have dropped of a package at one of aramex Dropbox zones in Mount Edgecombe I paid my money for my document to be delivered as they requested which was on the 23/01/2025 and up to date I don't even know where my package is the tracking number is not working,I called on Friday finding out what is going on they telling me they don't know they gave me a reference number and advised me someone will call back but no one did.Today the 27/01/2025 I called back in to find out what's going on with my document which is a very sensitive document they advised me again someone will call me,so a guy called me and advised me he is working to find out if the document was picked up and I advised him if they can't do the delivery that they should return my document with my money back and this guy advised me that they will never return my money back,so how can they take my money without doing the job?is that fair to Rob people for their money and not do the job that they so call say they can do.legal action will be taken against the company if I do not get my package back and my refund back.i advise to all that is in need to use aramex courier service should not and should find a better courier company.
