Terrible terrible service! It's been weeks after the store owner notified me that my parcel is on it's way. After registering to be notified I still don't receive any updates, any phone calls, no messages, nothing! When I try to track my parcel, all it says is "in transit". There was one update saying Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled, but i was not notified to make arrangements to be there! According to the app i have no parcel! I've been phoning multiple times and multiple numbers, they hardly ever answer and when they answer they can not tell me where my parcel is! Will never use Aramex again!
