Aramex billing issues

Why cant companies get their billing right According to us we shouldnt owe but we apparently do Then there is an invoice we have been charged which i have repeatedly asked for a copy, still not recieved we believe this invoice incorrect Also have already had billing problems in past so this is now frustrating can this be sorted out...
