3 parcels of mine burnt in the truck and after 3 weeks of awaiting them to sort it out they came back and said we so SORRY .... ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT THE TRUCK GOT BURNT so its your LOSS .... how can a courier company of this size expect customers to use their service with the pathetic excuses they have. Please be very careful of ever using their services. I have lost R3000.00 to this company with no compensation and you would also if you use the shoddy service they provide believe me. They don't even respond to their shoddy and pathetic services that are published here
