Aramex bad services

I ordered from Shein on the 3rd of October 2021. I had ordered two separate packages on the same day. The orders were estimated to be delivered from the 23rd of October to the 26th of October. That time came still nothing then only on the 31st they sent me and an sms to pay for customs so payed. I received only one package on the 8th of November and the second package didn't come I tried calling for consecutive days but the customer care line doesn't seem to work one lady picked up and she dropped the call on me. I am utterly disgusted by the way the conduct their services its already the 16th of November but still there's nothing.
