ARAMEX BAD SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED

Bad service from Aramex. 6 Days after shipment from Durban to Centurion, and still no idea if or when i will receive my parcel. Updated address, theirs was a total mess, Sent delivery address and contact number twice thereafter. Sent a map, Google map link. Get message : Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled. Aramex never appeared on our security cameras. No one called for instructions. No attempt to rectify the situation, just maybe next week :( :( If this was Courier guy, I would have received my parcel with one or two days. Aramex might be great overseas, but locally it sucks.
