ARAMEX BAD SERVICE- DELAYED DELIVERY

I have been waiting for my parcel for days now. I’ve tracked my parcel and it’s been delivered to the wrong provinces yet my adress with my province and code and cellphone number is clear. I call aramex they were sorry for mix up and will fast track the process as I’ll be travelling. To date they has been no movement when I track my parcel, no communication whatsoever. I’m ****ed as I made the order in time
