Aramex Bad service

I am writing this review with utter disappointment to target Aramex South Africa, and to make people aware of their absent service. On December 22, we paid an expensive fee promising that we would receive the luggage within 1 day. ( so called 1 day delivery ) The luggage only had to be transported by Aramex from Rand airport to Paarl. This was an urgent case therefore the choice of the "1 day delivery option".

Five days later, and still no luggage, the only thing I received on my end were empty promises, excuses, and saddening attempts at getting the luggage to its destination. Aramex is supposed to be a credit worthy and reliable transport service, but to the contrary I had to call 12 times, myself , wasting hours to check up if they sent or even knew about said luggage. They blatantly **** to us about delivering the luggage “the next day” 4 consecutive days. Keeping in mind, on day 5 (today), I called Rand airport, telling me that the luggage has not even been picked up from the airport… This is so ridiculous that it is almost comical. I recommend anyone who would like to courier their belongings to never use Aramex as their service, as they are absolutely pathetic and quite inexistent.

The owners of the luggage are leaving South Africa in a few days and because of Aramex not only did they not have their luggage during their entire trip but on top of that they may not even have them before they leave the country…. I will never use Aramex again and I suggest that anybody else does the same.
