Aramex bad service

I've sent a parcel from PE last week Wednesday to Franschhoek... Guess what... My parcel is still not delivered. It's a week today. What happened to the delivery time of 12:00 the following day or up to 72 hours. How can it take more than a week... This is really disappointing and acceptable.
