aramex bad service

good day sent a parcel on the 14th its now the 28th client has still not received their parcel phoned aramex and emailed them and no proper reply as to where the parcel is... 2nd time i have used them and definitely not going to use or recommend them again....(only reason i did use them was because of pricing to the area was cheaper) lesson learnt dont use them
