ARAMEX BAD SERVICE

ARAMEX SA. As close to eskom in service delivery YOU SUCK This is the second time I have been disgusted buy their promises and incompetence in 12 mnths. I spoke to the manager at Aramex on Monday morning regarding a package i was waiting for and as this was the 3rd time i have called them regarding my package it COINCIDENTALLY GOT RELEASED THAT DAY AFTER having to shout to get action and then called the manager regarding delivery of my so called released package. I expressed my frustrations about having to wait 18 days for my package and the same excuses was made that its not in their hands 2 times I called, but then suddenly the 3rd call after my outburst was things put in action. This manager told me she was going to have the package tracked and she would make sure it will be delivered to me by yesterday. guess what I AM STILL WAITING. ARAMEX MY CALL TOOK PLACE WITH CONSULTANT AT 14:14 AN GOT CUT AND SPOKE TO MANAGER ON RECONNECT14:23. I am sick and tired that things are promised and not "DELIVERED ON". I was even told by this manager she will keep me in contact and send me feedback not even that was delivered on. This is directly impacting my business, these are tools i am waiting on that is preventing me from earning money and I have been loosing money for 18 days as I can not operate, and each day this is being delayed I am loosing more and more. these items ARE TOOLS, MY BREAD AND BUTTER NOT A PURCHASE OF SOMETHING SUPERFICIAL.
