Aramex bad service

I ordered books for homeschooling and record was created in Pretoria on the 2nd of January. It was supposed to take only 2 to 3 working days to arrive in Ballito Kzn. It's the 8th today and my parcel is at customs in Namibia. 2 requests and a complaint and no feedback at all. Can't reach them on Pretoria or Durban landline and school is starting tomorrow. Previous 3 deliveries took 2 to 3 days from Pretoria to Ballito.
