ARAMEX BAD SERVICE

Aramex picked up my parcel on the 27th of December 2018 at Caltex Bird Sanctuary in Pietermaritzburg, it has not reached its destination as yet as it is in Polokwane on the 29th of December 2018, according to their aim it is an overnight service and mt parcel is now two days in transit, according to a person in Polokwane yesterday they have only ONE TRUCK that go through all the Provinces and there is delays, he also mentioned that if the parcel arrived at their vicinity he will make sure the parcel gets delivered on Saturday the 29th of December 2018. When calling them today 29th of December 2018 they make as if they cannot hear us and put the phone down, all calls was recorded for proof. Why fo they have a ivernight service if the parcel take so long and why is there only ONE TRUCK driving through ALL the Provinces as he said and they are such a big Company. I need answers on this, this was not the first time that i was having problems with them and i addressed previous also with the PMB Branch with a very rude lady.
