Aramex bad customer service support

Receiving Bad customer service from Aramex. Still waiting for my package delivery update. I informed them via call and email when I am available so they can make the delivery but NO UPDATE WHATSOEVER. This is a huge inconvenience as I am spending time at home waiting for a delivery that never comes. TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE!!
