Aramex bad customer service

Aramex randomly started charging me for customs and it’s never happened before, they refused to deliver my shipment unless I paid them...I made inquiries about why I was being charged when it never happened before and their explanation didn’t make sense

They weren’t even giving me updates about my shipment that they had with them for over a month, I had to put in a support request before I could find out what was happening. If I hadn’t reached out to them they would’ve never informed me of anything.
