Aramex bad customer service

I've been trying to get ahold of the Johannesburg branch which keeps me on hold for over an hour the number used is ********** 00 and when I call the Pretoria branch they answer within 10min ....a item was dropped of at carlton center pnp on the 9th before 2pm and today it's still not tracking and there's no one to answer their phones to explain why
