Aramex = bad customer experience

Aramex is the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Since the beginning of last week I have been contacting them daily to track a package as he only update on their website is that the package is with them and will be shipped to the final destination and this was on the 30th of July 2020.

Everyday, I call the contact centre only to be told the same thing. We are escalating and someone will get back to you, it is 7 days later excluding weekends and I have not received any contact from them.

I am frustrated as this is study material for my son. They delivered the other package on the 31st for my eldest son and now I am playing the waiting game on when will they deliver the other packages. What is even frustrating is, how did the packages get separated? They are from the same institution for the same address, like what the hell ARAMEX? This is the worst customer experience ever!
