Aramex - bad client service

I can't believe they call this service??!!! My parcel left Cape Town last Thursday at 4:45 am. It reached Durban on Friday at 5:30 am. So I thought that the parcel will reach me late Friday afternoon. Nothing. At 2:31pm an update was posted, saying that the parcel is on its way to it's final destination. On Friday nothing. On Saturday morning nothing. Ok, so I thought I would get my parcel early Monday morning. Even early afternoon would have been acceptable. It is now Monday 16:43 pm and I still didn't get my parcel. I phoned the company four times today and all four times the call was cut off after a while. I can't believe it!! I already bought an envelope to send a parcel to my mother in Cape Town, but I have decided against it. I prefer to lose that R100 and go to another place and get client service. I will not use Aramex ever again!
