Aramex at it again how can they not find a consignment wieghing around 11kg ..OMG

An absolute appalling service. They lost or should i say probably allowed for my consignment to leak without a trace between their transfer from SA to Botswana and no one cares to update nor follow up at least. For such a heavy item of 11kg just like that. I doubt they even take complaints seriously
