Aramex are useless!

Well it is a pity there is no zero star rating. Their service are horrible. I ordered from Shein and this parcel is stuck with Aramex for days, all they say is there is flight delays. If you call today, they say within 3 to 5 business days, call tomorrow they say it is still in China, call the day after that they say it was not handed over to them yet. The females in the call Centre, should not work with public at all, they are very dude and sarcastic, told me today there is no life tracking devices on Shein parcels. I ordered from Shein after this particular order was placed and Buffalo has delivered already. Shein should stick with Buffalo and ditch Aramex completely. They are useless!
