Aramex are *******

I had a parcel that was to be couriered to me, upon arrival I discovered when I opened the parcel it was not my parcel. I have been trying to get a way forward from Aramex about this, seeing it was obviously an inside job that the parcels got swaped around and they are refusing to take responsibility and reimburse me. So they do this knowingly that they can get away with losing/*****ing people's packages and not be liable for theft that is done by their employees.
