Aramex are Sharks

I am Very upset. I go into PnP ... taking my bags with that need to be couriered via Aramex becausr client always uses them ... open the bag ... it is so small it does not fit (after completing the waybill and paying) ... now they refuse to refund me ... The bag "cant be used again" and the waybill already cometed ... oh my hat... get a new waybill then ... R100 in the water !!! Sharks !!!
