Aramex are robbing us day light

I expected 2 parcels that were sent via Aramex , 1 from Cape Town and the other 1 from Pretoria/Johannesburg but Aramex people called me and said their delivery guy got ****** and they not gonna pay, now when I check on their app it says they sent back both parcels to the shipper. Which ones got ****** kanti? I called both shippers and both of them haven’t recieved anything back from Aramex. So basically Aramex South Africa is just playing us.
