ARAMEX APPALLING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been waiting for a package from China which arrived in South Africa on the 21st of September 2018, considering the long weekend we had I understood then it was forwarded to Beyond/Remote Area sorting location as I'm in a small town, on the 25th of September 2018, but up until today I have not received the package. When I contact aramex, I'm told that it's with their 3rd party partners that deliver for my area, which isn't a solution to my problem. I don't know what to do anymore as I need my package, but Aramex is providing utterly poor service.
