Aramex and Shein do not mix

I have ordered a package from Shein. I usually get Buffalo which is just amazing!

But this time around I got Aramex. Never in all my life have I dealt with a courier company which is so useless. I wont be surprised if I never get this package.

I have tried calling, emailing, whatsapp, instagram, their message bot and even facebook.

The one time I did get a hold of someone in the beginning of this ordeal they said they package is in SA, but as of last night I got a random message stating the message closed and my parcel was still on its way. I want to speak to a person. I just want to pay the tax and get my order. I do not think I am asking a lot for something I have paid for.

I have no idea what Shein is using them
