Aramex and Postnet

On 4 Aug 2020 my wife send me a parcel through Postnet using ARAMEX On 25 Aug this parcel was still in Johannesburg. It was only send to Dubai on 26 Aug The parcel was supposed to come to Sudan. In 14 Sep the parcel was still in Dubai and on 15 Sep send back from Dubai to Johannes burg because it EXPIRED: I have made numerous calls, send many emails, contcted Aramex on Twitter and Linkedin but the only response I got was please be patient. ARAMEX must surely be the top of useless companies in SA and the World. With NO communication or client services. Postnet themselves are not supportive in helping their clients. Even until now I have no idea why it took so long and why the parcel was returned to SA
