Aramex and Pick and Pay parcel delivery service is horrible and useless

I sent someone to pick and pay to send me my parcel to Pretoria 8 days ago and even today I'm calling them to check on the order and they just lie to me and say its coming to day or they will call back. Nothing ever happens, the worse part is that my parcel has really important document for my 2year old and I cant have the lost at all. I'm lost of options and I will never use them whether via pick and pay or directly their service sucks. never believe anything they tell you and don't use pick and pay either to send your items.
