Aramex and its appalling service

So I have a delivery that zara sent out to aramex. it was sent out on the 12th of Aug and its now the 25th. i honestly dont understand what is hard about delivering my parcel. ive never been so frustrated about Zara and Aramex as they both keep saying the same thing. im sick of this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
