Aramex and Amazon lacks integrity and poor communication.

I have not received the items by 8pm. I go into amazon app only to see a message that my items will arrive by 17 Dec 2024. What a joke, no communication whole day and suddenly , after I had to go look for a message on Amazon website.

So it's either lost in transit, damaged in transit or ******. I'm so angry right now. Aramex and Amazon I want clear and transparent communication.
