Aramex and a lost shipment.

I imported goods from the USA and one box was 'lost' since then the agent has been avoiding me and another colleague in their company. My claim for lost goods remains unresolved as no replies are forthcoming from Langton Ncube., Mirriam Maseko requires special mention as a conscientious employer at Aramex, as despite her (almost) constant nagging; Langton has gone into hiding / left / fired?
