What a mess, what a royal F....k up, if you know you can't deliver a service due to a covid 19 closure for sanitation. Why do you take my parcels (money) and not have it to the recipient by 12h00 the following day as is printed on your marketing material. I do understand your services are effected. Why in heavens name take my parcels with no warning of any possible delays. Instead your greed for money took over why loose business what can they do we have the parcels. Sadly for you once bitten twice shy. You are as bad as Post Nett. Could you not have been honourable and afforded me the opportunity to decide if I needed to use another courier company that I could decide to do that or take a chance with Aramex. Beyond disgusted I am so sick I feel that I could puke on yourselves.
