Aramex... A useless Courier Company

Aramex is definitely one of the worst courier companies I have ever dealt with. I have a parcel that was picked up on 4 December 2018 as a Next Business Day delivery.

Now, I know that to Upington that will never happen so 3 to 4 days should be good.

On Friday 7 December I gave them a call as the Track and Ship shows it has left Johannesburg on 5 December for Delivery. I got told that they will have to check with the 3rd Party Agent since they don't deliver so far out. They will give me a call back.

Well, I had to give them a call on Monday 10 December. I thought it best to call the Bloemfontein office since its closer. I got informed that they can see it but cannot help me since I need to call Johannesburg to assist since they collected and send the parcel .

I did give them a call on Tuesday 11 December and got told that I will have to wait since its an out laying area and it takes 3 to 4 days for delivers....This is day 7. I asked how can they be sure that it will be delivered and got told that I will just have to wait since Wednesday would be the last day the agent has to do the delivery. Only then will they get in contact to find out why the parcel has not been delivered.

Well we are at the end of Wednesday so I gave them a call. After 10 minutes of holding and moving through the phone cue system to "You are next in the cue and a representative will be with you shortly" I get back to being "You are now number 10 in the cue.."

What useless bunch op idiots works for this company?

Never ever will I use them again.
