Aramex a huge disappointment
It is Christmas Eve and my Christmas Gifts that I have ordered on the 13th of December and that was suppose to reach me by the 22nd of December has still not arrived. The lists of excuses are long and the customer service is bad. I trust that ToysRus will not be making use of Aramex in the future to deliver their online sale items.

24 Dec 2025, 14:56To add more detail to the above. I have received false information form Phindile and Edith who confirmed that the parcel will be delivered by the 23rd. It was a lie. I cannot tell you how many consultants I have spoken to. I suspect I had a conversation with basically everyone that works for Aramex.
I will never make use of their services again.
