Aramex a Big Fat ****

Aramex is a Complete ****, I sent a Parcel to a Customer 3 months a go! Even till today the customer has not recieved it, I called aramex to Track the parcel for me , I was told the Parcel is Lost and cannot be Located and that i will be issued a Redund

Well and Good... Till Today 3 months Later, No one is bothering to call me or get back to me, I am always the one calling and like always my line is forever put on hold immediately when i explain my reason For Calling

I have over 10 proof of communication with them via email with the senior Client service He completely stopped Talking to me!

Funny enough when i track the parcel, The parcel shows it was signed in for and delivered to someone in Johanesburg.
