Aramex a bad service company

This is a bad company where a lot of shipments get hijacked and do not communicate with customers my shipment from Nike was hijacked on the 13 of December and I only find out today on 18 of December and they are not giving me a way forward they just don't care I wonder why a big company like Nike is using them
