If I could rate minus 5 I would. Pure victimisation!!!! I had an entire shipment worth thousands end up missing in transit when landing in SA Worst customer service ever they keep you on the line and never assist WhatsApp you just get shoved from one to the other My packages arrived today not only weeks late held at customs for no reason opened expensive equipment damaged purposely after attempting to open something that can’t be opened because it was manufactured that way. I am absolutely disgusted at the service, lack of care for packages and towards a client, lack of integrity, the disrespect from staff.
