I paid for overnight service but it's been 3 days and no sight of my parcel..trying to speak to someone in Johannesburg..is like trying to find a needle in a haystack...the port elizabeth branch is a waste of time..the branch manager is not in work and no one seems to know where or what time she will be in the office..the logistics manager also can't be found...So what organization are they running..won't ever use them again and will tell all my business friends to stay far away from this useless company
