I'm at my wits end with this company! My parcel was meant to be delivered yesterday the 10th, they claim to have called me which isn't true. I made a follow up, called their call center and the agent said a delivery person would call me shortly to confirm delivery. That has not happened! When I call their Pretoria branch, no one picks up! I would definitely not recommend this company, and in future, I'll continue using Paxi. I'm very disappointed with the poor service.
