Aramex 5 Days late so far

My Parcel was sent out of Stellenbosch on 3 March 2021, today is the 8th March and still no delivery, only answer I get from their pathetic customer service like Dewayne Naidoo is that it is out for delivery, when I said it’s been out on deliver since 5th March all he says is that the driver didn’t have time to deliver on Thursday and Friday but will be delivered by 4pm today, at 15h56 Mr Frontline Contact Centre Executive AKA call centre agent sends me an email stating that the Supervisor said it won’t be delivered today. I am sure Aramex South Africa doesn’t even know the meaning Customer Centricity .
