Aramex

I sent a package on the 3rd of November. Package never arrived. After phoning them numerous times to get through on the 9th of November they tell me tgat the package will be delivered the next day, it is on route. Take note max delivery time is stated as 72 hours. Waited 2 days and still no package. The reciever of the package gets told it has to be cleared first....??? On the 16th of November I get a call saying that they have lost the package and because we sent it via checkers it has no insurance, and they are sorry for the inconvenience..... nothing but that. Sorry the package is gone and also your money. It is absolutely pathetic. The service from aramex is a ****** disgrace, period!!!!!!!
