Aramex 4 times expense than normal couriers.

I bought goods at SHEIN on 2 different occasions 2 days apart to be exact. One delivery was form bufallo and was charged R121 for customs. I paid the customs fee and got my delivery same day of the payment. Then I received my custom charge from Aramex which was R517 which is like 4 times more than bafullo. I was so shocked however I paid it and hoped that they will deliver my goods in 2-3 days of which hasn't happened. I tried to track my parcel with them but they did not pick up my calls instead directed me to a WhatsApp tracking system on which they told me to wait for an urgent to respond to me. I have been sending messages even today and no one has really responded. On top of being uncessarily expensive, they have poor service. Next time there is something for me on SHEIN please don't pick up my order for delivery Aramex. I've been told my goods are with you at Sandton but what holding you from delivering them I don't know. I do over your service.
